Booking Information
- All rates are in euros, per person, per night, based on double occupancy for adults, excluding tourist tax. Prices and information are non-binding and subject to change without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.
- Single occupancy in a double room is €35 extra.
- Our hotel is reserved for guests aged 12 and over. Teenagers aged 12-15 years staying in their parents’ room receive a 25% discount on the regular room rate.
- Room rates include our sumptuous breakfast buffet and complimentary access to our 700m² spa area and the Auszeit Gym fitness studio.
- Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- Cancellations winter 2025/26: up to 14 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fees
We accept debit cards, Visa and Mastercard. Tourist tax (currently €3 per day/person over 15 years) is charged separately.

The Golfclub Achensee and the driving range are just a few minutes’ walk from Hotel Auszeit. Our guests receive 20% greenfee discount.
Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome to stay with us at an extra charge of € 25 per dog per day (food is not included). Please let us know when you make your booking if you are planning to bring your dog with you.
- On arrival, every guest receives the AchenseeCard (= gratis visitor card, year-round). The card allows free travel on the regional bus service and free use of the cross-country ski tracks, plus you receive discounts for the steam cog railway, the ships of the Achenseeschifffahrt and various museums.
- The Achensee Holiday Card (May to October) is available for a one-off fee from the tourist information offices and cable car cash desks. The card allows unlimited use of/visits to: the regional bus service, steam cog railway, Achensee ships, Karwendel and Rofan cable cars, various museums & attractions.
