You will receive your AchenseeCard (= free visitor card, available year-round) from our reception upon arrival. Among the free inclusive services are the regional buses, participation in the region’s hiking programme, and cross-country skiing trail fees in Pertisau. In addition, the AchenseeCard is required to purchase the Achensee Holiday Card.

We will be happy to charge the Achensee Holiday Card (available from April to October) to your room. Explore the very best of Lake Achensee at a very favourable all-inclusive price. The Achensee Holiday Card is valid for seven days and allows you unlimited use of the Rofan cable car in Maurach, the Karwendel cable car in Pertisau, the steam cog railway, the Achensee ships, the Achensee Museum World in Maurach, the Sixenhof local history museum in Achenkirch, the Notburga Museum in Maurach, and the Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens.

Fluffy bathrobes and slippers will be provided in your room for the duration of your stay.

• Our reception will be happy to receive your beverage orders and charge them to your room.
• Outside staffed hours (08.00 to 19.00), beverages are available from our honesty bar.
• In the spa area, there is a refrigerator with beverages.

We have a garage with electricity where you can store your bicycle safely. The bike garage can be accessed with your key card.

Our delicious breakfast buffet awaits from 8.00 to 10.30.

We will be happy to book your dinner table at the restaurant of your choice.

A cash dispenser is available near the tourist information office Pertisau.

Your room will be ready for you from 13.00. Please let us know if you arrive later than 19.00.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11.00. Please return your key card at the hotel reception.

Hotel Auszeit is a quality-approved cross-country skiing hotel and offers a wide range of amenities for Nordic skiers:

• Cross-country ski trails start right on the doorstep

• Lockable ski storage room
• Laundry service (extra charge)

The AchenseeCard (visitor card) allows free use of all cross-country ski tracks in Pertisau (parking not included).

Our local doctor Dr. Danzl can be called at +43 (5243) 5535. The doctor’s practice also includes a pharmacy. Our reception will be happy to give you directions.

Dogs are welcome to stay with us at an extra charge of € 25 per day (without food). From 09.30, you may bring your four-legged friend to the breakfast room.

Your room key card also unlocks the hotel entrance door, which will be locked from 21.00. Please always take your key card with you.

Our spacious, light-flooded fitness room is equipped with top modern TechnoGym cardio and weight lifting equipment. Opening hours are from 7.00 to 20.00.

Hotel Auszeit is a member of the Golfclub Achensee located just 300 metres from the club house. Our guests receive 20% greenfee discount.

A grocery store is located in the village centre within a five-minute walk (300 metres) from the hotel.

Guest bedrooms are cleaned on a daily basis until 14.00. Please be mindful of towels.

The post office in Pertisau is located in the tourist information office (opposite Hotel Karwendel) – 300 metres from our hotel.

Public transport is a convenient and eco-friendly way to get around in the Achensee region. The AchenseeCard (= visitor card) allows free use of the regional buses. Just show it to the driver when getting on the bus.

Our reception is staffed daily from 8.00 to 19.00.

All our rooms are equipped with room safes. Please follow the instructions inside the wardrobe.

Complimentary sauna towels are available at the entrance to the spa area. Please be mindful of the number of towels you use.

The local tourist information office is located 300 metres from our hotel (same building as the post office). The friendly team can assist with tour tips, directions, and information about the latest events.
